I came in through the window the day we danced on the cliff of ecstasy.
We danced hands in hands, shoulder to shoulder and we shared a blurry sight of the home we would both love to die. We would awake to our harvested emotions.

It was 12midnight and you woke me up, out of my dreams and it was all gone.

I saw on the bare floor
Our lookalikes
Little babies the size of Timi and Joanna.
"Are those ours?"
"How did we get here?"
You must have been starved from all the times I couldn't provide your daily bread. Your voice couldn't let out a reply. You moved your lips but uttered heavy silence.

"Is this what it feels like to have wasted a blissful youth?"
I stared at the hut, it didn't look anything like the home I dreamt of, nothing like the bliss we endeared. "what happened to us?"

I reached for the paper
The first love letter I wrote to you on the day Valentine chose to die for love. The ink on your heart, the words were no where. The words I wrote on the paper had faded... I only remember the first line "my cocaine bliss..." It was the only treasure that followed me thus far.

I could barely hear the strum of your box guitar... No rhythm in your solemn voice...

Where have we gone... "Our souls have traveled" you said... "We aren't home yet... We must travel still..."
