In today's episode I wanted to show you the touch up process I use when working in the shop.
It is far better to invest less than one minute to keep your edge at its best than let it go dull and have to go all the way back to re-establishing the Primary bevel.
This is a Jack plane and I usually go to 1000 grit and stop, but I showed you the process including the 4000. I can keep going but remember... the more you polish the more accurate you need to be and the more time it will take.
I hope you found something helpful or at least entertaining.
