Holz Büro 4 Klebebandabroller 1.0

Heute ein Klein Projekt.

Dieser Abroller ist die einfache Version, es folgt in der nächsten Woche noch eine Erweiterte Version.

Material und Werkzeug

Werkzeuge

  1. Japansäge
  2. Tischkreissäge oder andere Elektro betriebene Säge
  3. Raspel und Feile
  4. Schleifpapier 80 bis 160
  5. Lochsäge oder Laubsäge
  6. Einhandzwingen oder andere Zwingen

Material

Wir verwenden für dieses Projekt reste von verschiedenen Sperrholz dicken und Arten

Vorgehen

Rollen - Halter

Um den Halter zu basteln, schneiden wir einen Kreis aus einem Stück 18 mm Sperrholz und schleifen diesen auf das Innenmaß der Rolle. Im nächsten Schritt nur noch ein Loch in die Mitte bohren und einen 8 mm Stift einkleben.

Schneide

Für die Schneide verwenden wir einen Rest 1 mm Blech mit der Breite von 18 mm. Un die Schneide wird mit einer Dreieckfeile entsprechende "Zähne" eingearbeitet.

Der Ständer

Den Ständer haben wir nach den Vorbild eines einfachen Büro - Abrollers hergestellt.
Wir haben alle Maße von diesem abgenommen und verwendet.

Today a small project.

This is the simple version, followed by an extended version next week.

Material and tools

Tools

  1. Japan saw
  2. Table saw or other electric powered saw
    2nd rasp and file
  3. Sandpaper 80 to 160
  4. Hole saw or jigsaw
  5. One-handed ferrules or other ferrules

Material

We use remnants of various plywood thick and types for this project

Action

Roller - Holder

To make the holder, we cut a circle from a piece of 18 mm plywood and grind it to the inside dimension of the roll. In the next step, just drill a hole in the middle and glue in an 8 mm pin.

For the cutting edge we use a remainder of 1 mm sheet with a width of 18 mm. Un the cutting edge is incorporated with a triangular file corresponding "teeth".

The stand

We made the stand in the style of a simple office unroller.
We have taken all measures of this and used.

                Coole Sache, ich würd evtl. noch Bleigewichte in den Boden geben. Damit das Ganze gut steht. Das kommt vlt. in der erweiterten Version. Auf alle Fälle mein Voting habt ihr.
