MDF Cabinet Prototype using Lamello Biscuits, Felder Hammer Table Saw and Festool Sander

in woodworking •  7 years ago

This slideshow is showing some of the steps I took thus far in working out some of the design elements for a Wall Cabinet.

This is a Prototype.

I used MDF but you could just as easily use any other sheet goods or solid wood.

I am trying to stay as close to the Golden Ratio for front and base proportions.

Next up will be drilling the shelf pins, glue up assembly, Trim Moulding and lastly the door or doors.

This will then be Painted with Milk Paint to simulate the final effect I would normally do on Solid wood.
