Sufferin Sassafras - How sweet the smell - PLANE TALK

in woodworking •  7 years ago

In this episode of Plane Talk, I wanted to share the joy of working one of the more unusual wood we have in USA.

Sassafras has been sought after for it's roots, bark and leave for 100's of years. Used in medicines, drinks and cooking, nearly every part of the tree had several uses.

I hope you found something helpful or at least entertaining.
