The Tip the Author app extension to the Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets WordPress plugin lets your users send Tips to authors of posts, including custom posts.
It was brought to my attention that the plugin was not compatible with the DW Question & Answer plugin. This is a plugin that adds StackExchange-like functionality to your WordPress site.
The latest version 1.1.0 of the Tip the Author extension introduces easy integration with this plugin. This means that you can now easily create a Question-Answer site where users can tip other users with cryptocurrencies.

Just so Im clear, if I use the coinpayments extension, I get all the wallets for coins they support, but would have to pay a 0.5% transaction fee every time they send/receive coin? Am I understanding their website correctly?

The 0.5% fee is paid whenever a user deposits funds to your site, and it is paid to the CoinPayments platform. All other fees are paid to your site, and you control them via the admin settings.
