Government during the Great Depression of the 1930s. The Public Works of Art Project (PWAP) in the Civil works Administration (CWA) was among the federal entities which administered New Deal art programs.

#newsteem is resulting in far better rewards for content creators now. Curation matters again. Steem prices are beginning to rise from the depths of bid bot buyers and sellers dumping their ill-gotten gains for Bitcoin.
