#1 : Left a post it note on a co-workers computer telling her she needed to return a call to Physiatry regarding a patient named Jack Mehoff...When said co-worker did not get the joke, I then strongly advised her against making the return phone call; co-worker without a clue, age 32...coworker who got it and laughed; age 63.
#2: Left another post it note on another co-workers computer saying, "Audra, I left you a note," and drew a picture of a musical note.
#3: Said something I should not have to my boss, she laughed. Asked her what she would do if I were serious. Her response, "I'd have to fire you." My response, "Lets be honest, nobody gets fired around here. We're simply asked to resign." I thought it was funny, the look I got said it maybe it wasn't.
#4: Foam hand sanitizer wars.
#5: Spent over an hour resizing and cutting out head shots of myself and three co-workers to superimpose on a picture of the fantastic four...so worth it.
#6: Collected the little plastic eggs that hold the 'prizes' inside Kinder Eggs so that I could make characters that resembled each of my co-workers and gave them catch phrases like, "How did this patient get on my schedule," and "Call me Kitty Kat." Gave said characters to the people they were inspired by.
#7: Found a picture on google that said, "Queen of Farts." Taped said picture to co-workers computer monitor.
#8: Taught my 63 year old co-worker about snap chat - saved the pictures to my phone - got them printed - left them on her desk as a surprise.
#9: Made a doll out of casting materials - named her the Ortho Queen.
#10: Took co-workers phone when she was not looking. Brought the doll I made into the rest room and posed her on the potty. Took pictures with co-workers phone.
