Weighing my trailer....

I am weighing the trailer before I leave the yard to make sure i'm legal to be on the road. Legal weights are- Steer tires: 12,000lbs, Drive tires: 34,000lbs, Trailer tandems: 34,000lbs. If I have to much weight on the trailer or tractor I need to move the trailer tandems to adjust the weight.
