After a long tiring day yesterday, i get back to work, to earn money and that is what an employee do to make a living.
As usual, a lot of guests today have dined , Some of them are our regular guests and some are first timers., but as one of the crew here we always do our best to make our guests satisfied for our services, and give some suggestions and tips on how and what to orders.
My employer always remind us to be more careful, and be attentive to the costumers so that they will give us happy smile while we help them a hand on with their foods.
Good service and good food from us makes the guests return and might suggest our restaurant to their friends and aquintances.
Good costumer service is what we do to our costumers, anything and everything they want as long as we can give the satisfaction that they want to receive from us, they say that costumer always right no matter how unreasonable some of demands they want, but realtalk is costumer has the right but not always right, but sadly we cannot apply this reason to our valued costumers.
There is'nt wrong or right in this situation, because the factors of what makes good service good also depends upon things a costumer may hold expectation from the industry.
In my line of work, i always show to the costumers a happy smile even though i am already tired, because your actions can reflex to what emotions you show to them, so basically they will think that we are not happy with our work.
So that is what i always do, SMILE.
