7 Online Jobs Paying Upto $15 An Hour

Ok, I know what you are thinking, there aren’t many side jobs which pay that much. A couple of weeks ago, one of my readers asked me if there are any jobs which pay $15/hour with little or no experience. Any kind, without much experience in any field.

I started digging to find such jobs online.

What did I find?
There are a good number of jobs which pay that much, in different fields which don’t ask for too much of experience.

I have listed about 9 side jobs that pay $15 an hour. I have tried to research in which country they hire because most of my readers are diverse from many countries.

Scribie employs new and experienced transcribers in general transcription field. It employs in many countries globally. You don’t need prior experience to apply. The rate of pay is $5 to $20 per audio hour, i.e., $0.5 to $2 for a 6-minute audio file. After applying, you will be on a waitlist, and then you will be invited to create an account and give your test.

Rev hires freelance transcribers, captioners, and translators and currently, they have openings on their website. You can make anywhere from $250-$1,500 a month as per their website. You have to take a test after applying. Rev hires worldwide and works entirely online.

VIPKID

If you have a native English accent and any formal or informal teaching experience, then you can apply to be an online tutor with this company. You mainly teach conversational English to Chinese kids. You need to have a four-year degree in any subject to apply, and you can earn $14-$22 per hour.

Emoderation

Another online moderation company which hires work at home moderators to manage social media profiles. You don’t need to have any experience, but it helps to be knowledgeable about social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. You will also be moderating the forums. The positions are open worldwide. The pay is $15 per hour.

This is an app through which you can teach English to Chinese students. No qualification is needed. You have to teach conversational English. The pay is $10-$15 per hour. Nicetalk is open to anybody who is good with conversational English.

Another customer service company which hires workers from countries like Asia, Europe, North America, South America and some selected states in the US. After applying you will need to pass a reading comprehension evaluation and a scripting session. From what I can gather, hourly pay for this is around $10-$12 per hour.

Chegg

tutoring company which hires online tutors. You can teach many subjects like Astrophysics, Biology, Zoology, Calculus and much more. The pay starts at $20/hour and will be deposited in your account every week. This position does require some experience in the subject you are teaching.
