SERVICES
Electric Energy: To promote the necessary investments to improve the electric service of the quarries and users in the area of influence.
Recirculation of Water: Design and development of a system for the use of water, for its purification and distribution to the quarries and farms in the surrounding area.
AMBIENT
Viability: Improvements in the roads, royal pass and different access roads to the quarries and farmhouses in the area of influence.
Waste: Recycling, reuse, appropriate handling of waste, slag, offal, rubble, encouraging quarry workers and the inhabitants of the sector to respect the environment.
EDUCATION
Prevention of forest fires: Transfer of knowledge and information to children, adolescents and adults in the surrounding communities on environmental education and habitat protection in the sector.
Health prevention: Promotion of personal hygiene habits, sanitation, food handling, in students, teachers and their families.
Training programme for workers of "X.Y.Z.SA": Coordination of training activities (courses, talks and workshops), aimed at productive work processes (operational and administrative), occupational health and safety, environment, use of personal protective equipment.
FORTALECIMIENTO COMUNITARIO
Training programme: Coordination of courses for community councils and/or community leaders to strengthen the execution of their functions (Social Comptroller, Accountability, Public Contracting of the Autonomous Communities, Guide for their Administrative, Economic and Financial Operations).
IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE WORKING LIFE OF ITS WORKERS
Housing for quarry guards: Conditioning of dwellings and services.
Dining room: Conditioning in the quarries, of the area dedicated to rest and food.
Health and Safety: Coordination of actions for the prevention and control of Health and Safety risks at work.
Labor benefits: Guarantee of punctual payment of wages, vacations, utilities, and other legal benefits, under the established conditions.
GENERACIÓN DE EMPLEO
Plant construction: Design and development of a plant near the "A" Bridge to cut the blocks extracted from the quarries operated by "X.Y.Z.,SA".
