Yeah, I sometimes try to do the big things first or give a bit of time to the big on-going stuff, but it's true, checking off all those smaller tasks give a rush of that feel good efficient energy and motivates to get more done.

A very apropos post for tax time. My grandmother always says do what you can right away. She said she hated having something hanging over her head. Let's just say she keeps an immaculate house. I am one of those people who does what she likes right away but will keep open loops like for example doing my taxes ... open. I just finished them. Great reminder here to 'get er done."
