How to survive working for a micro managed company

How does one deal with the daily grind of a global company that puts dollars ahead of its people and its their families is not an easy journey to endure.

The level of stress and aches and pains of sitting at a desk keeping with the timelines of each task takes its toll.

My day begins with Salesforce which assigns numbered cases to each mail that arrives or is tasked to the ques for each department my team is in charge on a rotational basis with other implemented tasks and timesheets.

Our team has shrunk substantially due to new systems being integrated and implemented but at the end of the day, we still need extra bodies to keep up the pace of meeting deadlines quickly and efficiently.

Is it any wonder I ended up in emergency and now with a few health issues to combat and continue living and breathing.

What frightens me is not me as I am ending my earthly journey in spite of the doctor I saw who said, you most certainly don't look 64.

My concern is for the generation that is in their 20s and 30s who will not be living a healthy life due to the crazy systems and stress that are upon them. Stress is a killer and liquor is not the answer, anti depression pills are not either or any sort of drug use. I end up listening to great music, watching HGTV, kissing kitty and reading, as well as listening to zen music.

Soon we will be replaced by robots and I am afraid that like the movies that are sci-fi, they actually will destroy mankind in the end. The faster technology speeds up, the faster humanity ends. I pray and hope I am WRONG.
