Hi everyone. In the last training I focused do ABS. OK, let's go ! :)

Warm up 5-7 mins

  • 1 exercise : plank (basic)
    4 x 15 sec

  • 2 exe. : plank (side)
    4 x 15 sec (each)

  • 3 exe. : hollow body
    4 x 15 sec

  • 4 exe. : hanging double leg
    4 x 15 sec

  • 5 exe. : toes to bar
    4 x 8 reps

  • 6 exe . : pull ups
    4 x 10 reps

  • 7 exe. : chin ups
    4 x 8 reps

  • 8 exe. : diamond push ups
    4 x 15 reps
