1 exercise : plank (basic)
4 x 15 sec2 exe. : plank (side)
4 x 15 sec (each)3 exe. : hollow body
4 x 15 sec4 exe. : hanging double leg
4 x 15 sec5 exe. : toes to bar
4 x 8 reps6 exe . : pull ups
4 x 10 reps7 exe. : chin ups
4 x 8 reps8 exe. : diamond push ups
4 x 15 reps
