Hello, everyone!
It's FRIDAY!!!
We had an awesome workout this morning with our 6am group class and I wanted to share it with you! - it's a great way to get some difficult static holds in while also hammering some dynamic movements! I'll explain what I mean :)
How it will work:
This workout has two "main" parts that consist of two static holds and two dynamic movements. You will start with the hold (A) for 1:00 and immediately transition to the next hold (B) for the second 1:00 interval. After completing both holds we get some rest! Only 30 seconds but hey, it is better than nothing! ;)
After the 30 seconds rest, comes the dynamic portion. The intervals will work the same, you will start with 1:00 of the first dynmaic movement (A) and quickly transition to the second dynamic movement (B) when the first 1:00 is up! Don't be scared to really get after this dynamic part! it should leave you huffing and puffing!
After finishing these four movements rest for 30 seconds and move to the next four movements. After you complete these four you get to start back at the top with the first set of movements for round two! The fun part? There are three rounds total!
Ready to get after it?!
