Sugar loaf in the Urca.
I tried to train Parkour there, but I was not accustomed to run by the brooms, I carried the trauma of stepping on my feet and fell on my face, I made bars there as well, but it was nothing unusual, but one day I went to the beach, group was making a move on the fixed bar and that caught my eye, it was RJbars, a Calisthenics / Street Workout group and I researched when I got home and saw that a friend was training there too, I asked the day and time and I went to next training, I went to practice and I saw some videos, but I happened to come back to live in Salvador-Ba a few weeks later.
I trained Parkour with a few friends here, but when I showed them the Workout, only @marcosilva who was interested in training too, we started in June 2016 in the backyard of his house, it was difficult at first, but every day we were training to get there where we wanted. Sometimes injuring themselves, with calluses aching and sometimes plucked.
A few months we started to train from Monday to Friday in the nearest squares and on Sundays we go to meet the Team Alcathea that is the Workout group here in Salvador.
Maybe one day we formed a group here in the neighborhood and we can transform the lives of young people who feel like practicing physical activity. It is a project to be thinking with affection and has everything to go right. Today there are 10 boys who train frequently and we are thinking of personalizing the square to receive more people of all ages.
Thank you so much!
Good place to work out :)

I started running from the 2nd post and went to the Fort of St. John and on the way back to the outdoor gym to exercise. That's a good place to train.

Well it's @marcelli, hands get calluses, at first it's painful and after calyzing hands it calms, but you have to take care of the hands not to let the skin burst like it happened to me.

Very good. Keep that strong desire in mind to form a group to train together. Teamwork transforms people's futures.
