Day #3 Workout session

Today mark the 3rd day of my workout session. But looking at the schedule, it seem like I would not be able to complete Day #5. Since that day will be my first day of trial class.

So far, my muscle ache is getting better. I also regaining my stamina. The only thing that bother me the most is my abdomen muscle. It hurts even when i laughs.

Now the questions is, should I perform the trial and workout session on the same day? Or skip the 5th day? If i skip, it is consider as cheating.

I'm looking forward to this Sunday trial class. Let's see how it goes from there. Does MMA suit me, or I need to find another discipline.

UPDATE:

Day#1 (DONE!!)

  • 1 km of running
  • 5 reps of kicking to striking pad (12 kick per rep)
  • 5 reps of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)

Day#2 (DONE!!)

  • 1 km of running
  • 7 reps of kicking to striking pad (12 kick per rep)
  • 7 reps of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)

Day#3 (DONE!!)

  • 1.5 km of running
  • 9 reps of kicking to striking pad (12 kick per rep)
  • 9 reps of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)

Day#4

  • 1.5 km of running
  • 12 reps of kicking to striking pad (12 kick per rep)
  • 12 reps of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)

Day#5

  • 2 km of running
  • 14 reps of kicking to striking pad (12 kick per rep)
  • 2 reps of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)

I also notice there is a Muay Thai gym at Ara Damansara area. Maybe I'll take a look at the place next week. Since it is nearby my office. But i'm not sure if they offer trial session like the gym at Kota Damansara.

it will be great if they offer trial classes.

Heyy there, just a tiny correction :)
It's called sets

E.g.: 9 reps sets of punching to striking pad (12 kick per rep)...Workout consists of sets and one set consists of reps
