My New Workout stuff! Get my Shape Back!

I just gave birth 4months ago. I want my body back like what it was before. So slim! Now, i still have baby fats but i'll work on it.

20-Minute Abs and Butt Workout is what im going to do.

Here are some ideas i researched:

Side Lunge to Curtsy Squat
Circuit-One-Side-Lunge-Curtsy-Squat.jpg
Reps: 10 each side

Woodchop

Reps: 12 each side

Sumo Squat Series
Circuit-Two-Sumo-Squat-Series.jpg
Reps: 10 squats, 10 pulses, 10 pulses knees back, 10 pulses with heel up

Elbow Plank With Alternating Arm Reach
Circuit-Two-Elbow-Plank-Alternating-Arm-Reach.jpg
Reps: 20 reps, alternating sides

Crunchy Frog
Circuit-Two-Crunchy-Frog.jpg
Reps: 20

Half Banana
Circuit-Three-Half-Banana.jpg
Reps: 20, alternating sides

Donkey Kick Pulses SeriesCircuit-Three-Donkey-Kick-Pulses-Series.jpg
Reps: 30 pulses leg in parallel, 30 with knee out

Pilates Swimming
Circuit-Three-Pilates-Swimming.jpg
Reps: 20, alternating sides
