I drove more than 4 hours today. I can't go to the gym now.. But, I won't give up exercise. I'll do more than 50 push-ups. Because, I did 50 push-ups in the morning.
By the way, I went to a Korean buffet to have a dinner. I was very hungry. So, I ate 2 plates of food. I tried to keep my healthy diet.
