To increase muscle mass,

I feel it requires high-intensity workouts. I've been reducing my fat mass during the last 6 months. But, my muscle mass is still similar level before. Well, it's better than losing both fat and muscle.

By the way, I'm busy today. I don't know I can go to the gym. I have a lot of things to do.
