Cardio Crush is one of my workouts which is based on cardio exercises like running, jumping, lunging, squatting combined with some agility training and strength exercises (push-ups, squats, plank variations ...). This is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. It is meant for all fitness level people because I always show easy options. As you can see, my group is a mix of totally different people and together we create such a good energy! :D
