This movement is awesome for core strength building as well as arm, shoulder, and chest strength. Plus it will keep your heart rate up all the way to the end.
If you need additional modifications (harder or easier!) that I don't cover in the video, jus shout! There are lots of changes you can do to make it just right for you.

You might want to check out https://d.tube. It is Steemit alternative to YouTube. You might be able repurpose your videos. Just a thought!
