Brief workout session - Going after my fit challenge!

How are you going steemians? It's been a hot day here in Italy but we're still hot and pumped! 

Here's my brief afternoon workout session.

Consider each exercise performed 20 reps:

  • Burpee squat jumps.
  • High jumps.
  • Spider pushups.

To keep things interesting I simply performed it 3 times in a row.
