It’s alright to take it at a decent pace and be able to manage it . I’ve been trying to loose weight after the baby and it’s quite difficult I must say . But you’re doing a great job
Nice bike ride, a decent amount of calories burned. 30 minutes is impressive! Sweating and exercise is so good for our lymphatic system (body's waste system). Keep up the daily progress. Nice to see other fitness people here on Steemit!

Hey @knircky. Well done! It's hard to stay motivated and dedicated to an exercise program, so I commend you! I'm also trying to establish a decent gym routine, but you really need to prioritize it to keep it up on the long run. What is the bet challenge? Sounds like a great motivator... do tell please.
Your expressions are reflecting the determination towards the workout and your enthusiasm to lose weight and to feel fit and it's great to watch your determination. I also take care of fitness and in past i went to gym but now i am doing running, playing sports, dancing and little bit yoga and all these activities are like passion for me and i always try to be regular in these stuff because sometimes i miss these activities and when i miss the day it really gives different essence.
