Today we're going to reduce the intensity and focus on working our core. There's more to your abs than just your 6-pack, so we're hitting all 4 sides. Do your best to hold these positions for the full 45 seconds, but if you can't hold them, drop down to your knees while maintaining the tension. The aim is to do these exercises back-to-back, so there should be minimal rest throughout. Enjoy!
