I lifted 25kg of bench press. I've not lifted bench press for a while. So, I started it again a few days ago. Well, bench press and dumbbell press are good for shaping the body.

The weather gets cold again. It's almost winter. This summer is the longest and hottest summer. So, I'm worried about the cold-wave this winter. I think it's on the way.
