I rode a stationary bike for 1.5 hours, and used a workout machine. I've not done pull-ups for a while. I'll start it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I need the high strength workout.
By the way, my fat ratio looks getting decreased. But, it's still 16%. The reason could be low strength workouts.
