Anyways, I did 45 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 50 minutes. I burned around 600 kcal 🔥 I feel my body fat mass is decreasing. I believe I can make it less than 10kg this month. There are nothing I can't do.
By the way, I had Korean sweet rice drink. It includes simple sugar. I should avoid it. I regret..
