I did 60 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 60 minutes. My body muscle mass is 32kg. It's been stucked for a while. It's difficult to increase it.

Well, I don't know what the problem is. My diets? Or the intensity of workouts? I need to find a solution. I gotta take a PT(Personal Training).
