Then, I rode a stationary bike for 1.5 hours. I came back home early. Cause, today's weather is pretty cold and windy.

By the way, I'm supposed to meet my childhood friends tomorrow evening, so I gotta work out tomorrow morning. I'll do dumbbell bench press and bench press.

I've not measured my body fat percentage for a while. I wonder how my body composition has changed 🤔
