To increase shoulder muscle mass, I started using the machine. It's been 7 weeks. My shoulder muscle shape is getting defined, and I'm looking for a proper posture to feel shoulder muscle being used.

By the way, my weight increased a little bit. It's hard to get lean muscle mass.. it feels like investing altcoins, and waiting for the next altseason 🤣
