I went to the gym at 5. I did about 30 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 90 minutes. I measured my body fat ratio, and it's stucked in 18% level. I want to decrease it more.

Anyways, today my body composition is the best in the recent 3 years. But, it's just the beginning. I want to shape my back into an inverted triangle. I'll make it someday!

It sounds like you’re making incredible progress, and staying consistent is key! Hitting the gym early and staying committed is already a huge win. Since you're aiming to lower your body fat and shape your back into that coveted inverted triangle, here are a few tips:

  1. Nutrition is crucial: To lower your body fat percentage, focus on a clean diet rich in lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs. Tracking your macros can help ensure you're in a calorie deficit while still fueling your workouts.

  2. Targeted Back Workouts: Besides pull-ups, incorporate exercises like lat pulldowns, deadlifts, and rows to target those lats and upper back. This will help sculpt that V-shape you're going for.

  3. HIIT for Fat Loss: Adding high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to your routine can help you burn fat more efficiently while maintaining muscle mass.

  4. Stay Hydrated and Rested: Don’t forget the importance of hydration and sleep in your fat loss and muscle-building journey. Recovery plays a massive role in seeing results.

You're clearly dedicated, so it's only a matter of time before you hit your goal. Keep pushing and trust the process! You've got this! 💪
