I did 65 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 1 hour. I measured my body fat mass and ratio. My fat mass is 11.5kg, and fat ratio is around 16%. I think I need to increase the intensity of workouts again.
It's hard to increase lean muscle mass. My acquaintance said you have to eat more and frequently. But, it's difficult to do it than I thought.
