I did 30 pull-ups, and rode a stationary bicycle for an hour, and walked on a treadmil for an hour. I burned more than 1,000 kcal today 🔥
My fat ratio is now 15.5%. But, I still have a little belly fat. It's hard to decrease it for me 😮💨 So, in order to decrease it more, I have to increase the intensity of workouts. But, if I work out hard, I will likely be tired rapidly. It's like a dilemma.
