Example:

Pushups / Pullups / Shoulder Pushups REST

Dips / Superman's / Decline Pushup REST

Do the first Circuit-Set, rest 1 minute, then do the next Circuit-Set, but hitting it at a different angle Do this set up 4 times.

This is an example of a Bodyweight Circuit-Set.

Circuit-Sets have no rest in between sets.

The goal will be to do 10 of each (5 if you’re a beginner), and to do them all 4 times.

After the complete circuit-set, rest 1 minute.

Repeat!
