After an employer creates a quest, it is first displayed on the map and then divided amongst others for urgent delivery (1-24 hours), short-term delivery (24-72 hours), and fixed delivery (time set per agreement).
Once an employee clicks on a quest, primary offer conditions are displayed. By clicking to view details, the employee can view the full description of the work proposal and the employer profile, rating, reviews, and quantity of published and completed quests.
After the employee chooses a suitable quest and the employer confirms his/her readiness, a smart contract with all details and conditions for agreement implementation is concluded — ensuring the transparency and security of the blockchain technology.
