Scientists baffled by...Holes!

in world •  7 years ago

While conducting a flight for NASA's Operation IceBridge on April 14, 2018, IceBridge mission scientist John Sonntag photographed something he had never before seen.

In the ice of the eastern Beaufort Sea, he found these 'Curious Circles'.

There has been speculation that these holes are the result of seals or some other creature carving out air holes in the ice or perhaps caused by warm water from springs, seepage, or currents.

I have a different theory...

You may recall that I have looked into the intentional destruction of Arctic Sea Ice in past posts.

I have written of the damaging effects of icebreakers and of the use of explosives on Arctic Sea Ice spanning decades.

What first came to my mind when seeing these 'bizarre' holes was submarines.

I read about a technique described in this Economist article called Flexural Gravity-Wave Resonance.

The article speaks of Dr. Viktor Kozin and when looking further I found a 2007 paper written by him titled 'Resonance method of destruction of the ice cover. Inventions and experiments'.

From section 1.3.
The destruction of the ice cover by resonant IGW from a moving underwater vessel (using Google translate)

Not that I'm suggesting the resonance method here, but it was with all that in mind that I went looking into these holes which baffled NASA.

It did not take long before I found this video by The Joint Forces Channel on Themtube.

Very Rare Three Submarines Surfaced In The Arctic At Once For ICEX 2018
-subs start popping up around the 3:44 mark -

Now I can't be sure because I was not there and I don't know the exact location of the exercise, but it just might be possible these 'curious' holes and this submarine exercise might be connected.

According to NASA these holes were photographed on April 14, 2018 in the eastern Beaufort Sea.

According to reports, the 5 week training exercise ICEX 2018 took place in the Beaufort Sea, and the surfacing of the 3 subs in the video is said to have taken place March 10, 2018.

Maybe I am wrong... but maybe I am right!

I am open to being proven wrong. Perhaps you can find GPS coordinates of the surfacing and they won't match the ones given by NASA for the holes.

It's just, people were speculating, so I thought I would too.

The theory of the 3 submarine is the best explanation for the holes that can be seen in the ice.

It's possible. Thank you for reading!

Great article! I've got to run out (work blah) but will give this some more time this evening when I get home.

Thank you, @freebeerfridays! I hope you had a great day at work. I appreciate you taking the time to look through it.

I am always happy to see someone out there searching for the truth. Sadly so much of what we are told by our governments contain little (if any) actual truth.

I would find it very unlikely that NASA (Never A Straight Answer) was ever baffled by anything that goes on in the arctic. There are a few ideas of what actually goes on down there and even with what real evidence is found it still comes down to speculation to one degree or another.

All we can do is continue to speculate and continue to search for the truth. I am not the most articulate speaker/writer but I manage. I wrote a blog that is not on your topic here but it can be applied to different areas/issues going on in the world we all live in. I have found it a common occurrence when I talk to skeptical people about some of the things I believe in to have them ask me "Why would they be doing this?" I see this question to be a result of mainstream conditioning as it is a great way to deflect away from our valid questions and put us in a position to not be able to give a sound answer. But is this where Logic starts? I have to know all the "Why's" first? The people in charge never seem to give us any answers when we ask "why" and they never seem to have any issue with turning that around on us.

Why are there holes here? Better yet Why did NASA even care to bring them up for debate? Why can't Steem just go to $1000 a share so I can retire? Ok, maybe my last "why" was not exactly valid but if I can't maintain some level sarcasm while I search for the #truth then I don't know what I'd do.

Are we ever going to get to the real truth about arctic sea ice holes or chemtrails or whatever? I don't know, but what I do know is that we need to keep reminding those that push out their "Official Narrative" that we are not buying into anymore. We are asking our questions and forming our perspectives and we will never stop so whoever the heck is in charge of this planet you'd just better get used to it.

Making our voices heard, putting ourselves out there, is possibly the best thing we can do. I look forward to hearing more of what you have to say in the future as we push towards a critical mass of people that are all starting to ask "why" to the correct people.

I've found the book Jewish Eugenics, by John Glad, to be an answer to so many of my 'why's'. It is the must read, in my opinion, for anyone who can see what is going on and wants to understand it from another angle.
You can read the book free on Glad's site whatwemaybe.org

I've opened your blog post in a tab and I will read it tomorrow. Thanks again!

I've been taking some time off Steemit for a while to get my garden in. I will take a look at the book too

Another interesting post it makes you wonder what they are up to.

I have my suspicions about what they are after and it sure isn't to conserve Arctic Sea Ice. The Economist article I mentioned in the post says a lot about their plans right in the opening paragraph.

Arctic sea-ice is melting. For many that is a source of alarm. But for others, the ice is still not melting fast enough. They would like to give it a helping hand. Clear lanes through the Arctic ocean would permit commercial and naval shipping to travel quickly between the Atlantic and the Pacific. These lanes might also assist the search for oil and gas.

If it is your original work and not based on another one's comment or post or idea from somewhere else you deserve your rewards on this post.
Knowing how things usually are, I remain skeptical.

@stimialiti, yes it is my original work and research. Of course there's no way for me to make you see that. You believe what you want.

I've read your comment below about whether or not I got this idea from tv or the radio. That's a for sure no because my tv broke years ago and I never replaced it and I don't tend to listen to the radio except when I feel like tapping into the hive mind and checking out what they are shilling on NPR. I'm not a big fan of programming.

As far as my resteeming content that I think should be seen by others, is that not what the feature is for? Not that I need to defend myself to you, but I post somewhat regularly, when I can find the time, and I share quality content from people I appreciate. Take that how you will.

Knowing how things usually are, I remain skeptical.

I hear you there. It seems all over Steemit these days there are people just looking to cash in with garbage posts and comments, not really adding anything of value. It is easy to see who is just after money in this blockchain world, sometimes their voting bots follow them everywhere they go. For me, I'm not after the money. I did buy Steem when I came back online early last year as I was excited about it's possibilities, but any liquid Steem I earn these days I give away to support people whose content I value.

I imagine you will reply and then get some more upvotes, have at the rewards pool for this post. That's what it's there for, right?

I'll leave you with this thought. I'm not here to make a living, I want this ride to stop and I'm just trying to do my part. If you read my post, I thank you. Glad you stopped by. And don't feel bad for jumping to conclusions, after posting this I'll feel fine about your doubts and you not giving me your upvote. That's not why I'm here. Have a great day.

I did not give you an upvote because I have more pressing issues to use my VP on.
I was not born, and did not start to use STEEM with this thread, and if I voted every good thread I saw, I would have hovered around 70% instead of above 97%.
Thank for these bots, I can spare my VP from voting on my own comments in some cases.
I use these bots to play this game well, and to hurt spammers' and abusers' ROI.
If you play the STEEM game well, you should know my vote has little effect.
I am not making a living here either.
Does it mean that I should forfeit any hope of growing my influence here?
It may be your original idea and it is well done.
You may as well deserve your rewards or more.
I too resteem content, but I think before I do, and I still regret at least one time that I resteemed content because it was quite a fraud and once resteemed, I could not undo it.
Once in a while I trigger haters' flags.
There are at least 3 goods in it:

  1. Exposes bad people
  2. Wastes their VP
  3. Angers them

And I already explained shortly why bidbots should be used by decent posters such as I.
I also feel that the owners of the bots I currently use deserve to be paid for their decency and for offering a decent alternatives to scams.

Do not like them, do not use them.
Your loss, not mine.
If I waited for people here to reward me, I would have still hovered below a reputation of 45 and had less SP than I have.
There are things I will not do to gain influence here, but bidbots usage is not one of these things.

@stimialiti @camille1234 is one of the best researchers I know. Looks at things from every possible angle, from all sources. As a friend of mine says...she gets all the liars in the room.

I tend to believe you all about camille1234.
She may be a great researcher.
This thread is illuminating regardless of where it originated, which may be camille1234 and if it is the case, she is a great original thinker as well as researcher.
What I still do not believe you about, and every time that I asked about I was initially or eventually ignored, is about the "legal kidnaps", you know what I mean.
I never got close to a satisfying explanation to why would the government or its workers want to remove children from their parents without a good justification.

Thank you, Sarah!

I am curious if you bothered to look into her previous posts

I did to some extent, and multitude of resteemed content increased my skepticism.

or looked around on the internet to see if anyone anywhere has suggested this theory before leaving this comment.

First, the internet is just a little too big and deep for my ability to search for such a thing.
Second, I was about to write somewhere on the internet, but decided to write what I wrote, because it may as well come from outside of the internet.
Radio, TV, people's talk, etc.

Skepticism has it's place for sure and we should all be using critical thinking skills but simply saying something like this without anything to back it up does not validate your comment.

I did not say anything.
