Moana and Maui; The Play of Man and Woman in this WorldsteemCreated with Sketch.

This will be the first of a series of blog posts of the series "One World One Yoni One Lingam One Love", looking at this interaction of feminine and masculine in this world, as the sacred feminine rises and unifies, the sacred masculine rises and unifies, and the two unite together as One.

In a later post in the series, I will write on the Unified Lingam, and how much of this motion got started, all from an intimate beautiful PurposeSpark retreat in Dayton, Ohio, some wonderful brotherhood and sisterhood circles, and lots of singing.

Disclaimer: This post mostly assumes you've seen the movie Moana; so if you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favor and go watch it before spoiling it with this post. Unless you want to, in which case, go right ahead!

So last night here in Pittsburgh we watched the movie Moana. What I saw in this was the story of the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine. This tells the story of the world, where we came from, how we got to where we are, and where we are now and where we're going. The world has been out of balance for a long time, but now we rise, we unify, and we unite.

Synopsis of the Movie

Te Fiti is essentially the embodiment of Mother Earth, and she is the Creator of Life. Her Heart, a little green rock, gives her this power of creation. Many seek to steal this power of creation from her, but the one who is ultimately successful is a Demi-God named Maui. In doing so, Te Fiti (Gaia) begins to crumble and a tremendous darkness starts to overcome the islands.

Some years later, Moana and her family live on the island of Motonui, where they live in paradise, but also in isolation, never leaving their island. Moana receives the call from the Ocean that she must journey to find Maui and return the Heart of Te Fiti. A young girl, full of spirit, but also so young in the world.

Maui is a Demi-God, very powerful and very arrogant. He says everything that he's done, he does for Humanity, but what we discover is that truly he sought power so that Humanity would Love him. We see the story of a young boy who was outcast by his parents, before being adopted by the gods, and so his life was spent attaining power and doing epic deeds, in order to receive the Love from Humanity that he never received as a child.

Through the story, Moana goes through ups and downs, but continues to shine through, rising higher and higher, and listening to the calls of Spirit as they guided her. In a dramatic face off with the greedy, shiny out-side but not so much in-side, crab, we see Moana use her ingenuity to save the day, completely saving Maui's life and helping him reclaim his hook. This experience is extremely humbling for Maui, as he starts to see he is not quite so strong as he thought, and it took a young girl to save him.

As Maui is humbled and learns to work as a team, and Moana rises higher and higher, we see the two starting to rise and flow together. In doing so, despite some fallbacks, they rise to meet the challenge and accomplish the mission. Ultimately, their success came when Moana recognized that this darkness was Te Fiti, the Earth goddess all along, and she Loved this darkness, reminding her who she was, and at last, returned her Heart to her; truly reawakening her and bringing balance to Life in the Islands.

Maui apologizes, knowing now that what he did was very wrong. In her ultimate compassion, Te Fiti forgives Maui, and restores his hook (his Power) back to him. Moana has her boat returned to her, and she returns to her island as their new chief, and leads her people back to who they are as voyagers of the world.

Man and Woman on Earth

If this story sounds familiar, and not just because you've seen the movie, it's because it is. What this story is telling is the story of Man and Woman on this Earth. Sacred Masculine and Sacred Feminine, One Yoni and One Lingam, Yin and Yang.

We hear the story of this world with Mother in her rightful place of Creation, and then of Man in his conquest for more and more power, seeking to steal this power of creation, and in doing so, causing a tremendous imbalance in the world. Look at all these concrete walls and asphalt roads, do you think Mama Gaia made those?

#MeToo is trending everywhere, bringing awareness to the rampant sexual abuse that has taken place in the world, highlighting this theme of women being seen as tools, possession, something to dominate, ultimately less than man.
Donald Trump is the president of the United States, and he rules with arrogance, ignorance and pride. He fights like a little 5 year old, "mine mine mine", and threatens to blow up countries that he doesn't agree with.

Clearly, the balance of Feminine and Masculine in this world is not working.

However, if we look beyond just what is trending on Facebook, we see a different story.
We see Brothers humbling down, working together, and empowering their Sisters.
We see Sisters rising higher together, and honoring their Brothers.
We see Brotherhood and Sisterhood circles popping up everywhere,
as we all learn how to truly Be Empowered and Unified in this work and in this World.

The Shift is happening.
We are choosing to Love the darkness so that the Light may shine through.
Yoni and Lingam are Rising and Unifying, and We are Returning the Heart of the Earth.

Great post. I upvoted and resteemed.
I have one comment.
Please upload videos that are your own; if you find a video that is not yours, you can just write briefly about what is in the video, instead of uploading it. In this way, your post will get more exposure and recognition. Thanks

Even just posting a link to it?
I felt as this post was talking about the Moana movie, it tied a lot together to share these songs so that readers would be able to directly experience what I am discussing about.

Also, is there actually something in the Steem software that effects how a post is distributed, or is this more of just a standard that has come to be in the community?

Shifting the videos into the comments, thanks! :)

Great work.
You can upload the videos but your post will less likely be upvoted by whales. When your reputation goes up to 55 , then you are no longer an early minnow, and then you can upload videos, but do mention the source.
As you are in lower reputation now, so just try to write original content and also include headings wherever possible; moreover, if you have original pictures or if u can make sketches, then u can put them in the post.

Can you hear Donald Trump singing in this song?
