You can upload the videos but your post will less likely be upvoted by whales. When your reputation goes up to 55 , then you are no longer an early minnow, and then you can upload videos, but do mention the source.
As you are in lower reputation now, so just try to write original content and also include headings wherever possible; moreover, if you have original pictures or if u can make sketches, then u can put them in the post.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
