World cup fever

Hi peeps, how are you all doing today?
I believe you guys are aware that the much awaited soccer festival is here!!!😀😀😀😀.
For those of you that are wondering " what is the guy talking about", its 2018 FIFA world cup.
Yes!!!, its here, this football festival occur once in every 4 years.
2010 edition was the first time this festival would take place in Africa.
It took place in South Africa and it was won by Spain.
The last one was in Brazil in the Americas. It was won by Germany. It was such a memorable final.
Now this years edition is going down in Russia. The Russian government has put alot of effort in making sure the sporting event go itch free. This year edition is gonna start june 14 and it would end in july on the 15th.
Each continent in the planet is been represented ranging from the Americas, Africa, Europe etc.
Now my main focus will be shifted on the African teams, which are: Nigeria, Senegal, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. Its wonderful having 3 north African countries and 2 from west Africa.
Nigeria being the giant of Africa has a fairly good record in this tournament when compared to other African teams.
Senegal on the other hand have been having a good outing since the world cup qualifiers started, they have been outstanding. I hope they will keep up the good form. Egypt has been prolific all thanks to the magnificent mo sallah. His appearance in the world cup was threatened due to an injury he sustained during the uefa championship league final in kyiv last may. But the Egypt FA received good news that he would be available for the big event, thats a huge weight lifted off there shoulder. I'm on the lookout for the performance in the finals. Both Morocco and Tunisia has been outstanding.

Guys watch out for NIGERIA!!!! they are the champion in embryo!!!!!
