Trump would have been charged with obstruction were he not president, hundreds of former federal prosecutors assert

Federal prosecutors make bad decisions all of the time. The two decision makers whose opinions counted here (Mueller and Barr) decided not to prosecute based on the investigation. That's news. What former prosecutors think is noise.

Case in point, federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann. As detailed in the linked article (https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/05/11/explosive-foia-documents-show-evidence-of-weissmann-mueller-entrapment-scheme/), he is as crooked as a 3 dollar bill. Nine out of ten felons in prison have more integrity that Weissmann. If that POS couldn't convince Muellar to charge obstruction, then there was no obstruction to be had (or, for cases in which Weissmann is involved, to be manufactured).
