A one-of-a kind work of art. I still can't believe the mechanics in building this skyscraper.
The MahaNakhon located in Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand features an unusual appearance of a glass curtain walled square structure with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of this lego-like tower.
This peculiar skyscraper caught our attention when we had our vacation in Bangkok. More of this and other Bangkok stories soon in my next travel blog.
See you all! This is DarwinTheExplorer temporarily signing off.
It was designed by a German architect and it caused much furor here because Thais mean we are best at everything and was angry the job did not go to a local firm. Would probably be just another box then.
But we do hold the world record in military coups ;)
