World's Daily Food Photo Contest - Meat - Salt Rack-A-Bye-Baby

For Wednesday it is meat day. I want to share the baby back ribs we ate at the restaurant Salt Gastro Lounge. It was so tender the meat was just falling off the bones and their marinade was delicious. My friend ordered a whole rack of ribs. Since the restaurant is Salt Gastro Lounge, hence the name os Salt Rack-A-Bye-Baby

This is a whole rack! Wow we were all able to have a piece or 2 and try it. It was worth the price. It came with a choice of 2 side dishes and we choose garlic rice and cole slaw.

The side dishes seems small, good for 1-2 but were also good.
