One seafood that I liked is the baked oysters in butter and garlic. Sometimes kind of expensive because you only get a few pieces. But when I see it one the menu I usually order it.

But baked oysters are cheaper than baked scallops. Good thing in my hometown it is cheaper to buy. I like it because the oysters are cooked twice (steam then baked) so you are sure it is safe even though some people eat raw oysters.

You can see a lot of butter and garlic. I like mine with a lot of butter heheh.
