Ukraine-Russian War: Russian troops launched a major attack on local government headquarters in the heart of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, killing at least 10 people.
New Delhi: Russian Foreign Minister Sergeĭ Viklov said on Wednesday that if World War III broke out, it would be destructive, including nuclear weapons, the RIA news agency reported. Mr. Viklov said Russia, which launched a so-called special military operation against Ukraine last week, would face "real danger" if Kyiv obtained nuclear weapons. Russian troops launched a large-scale attack on the local government headquarters in the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, killing at least 10 people.
Another apparent Russian airstrike at Kyiv's main television tower in the heart of the capital killed five people and crushed state broadcasters. Kyiv's 4,444 inhabitants dug down because satellite images show that a tens of kilometers long Russian column is rushing towards the city.
In a video speech to the European Parliament, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video speech with US President Joe Biden that it was important to stop "invaders" Russia "as soon as possible."
