"Worry Now Cry Later" lyrics suggest that the way to cope with worry is to let it go. It's easier said than done. The way I deal with worry now is to let it go and to cry over its inevitable defeat. The song implies that a better use of worry will prevent tears from forming and that's very true. By letting go of worry we allow ourselves to heal.


For me, a great fear is having the ability to let go of my fear is a huge limiting factor in my life. Not letting go of it allows the fear to become a reality. I believe the song is about a woman who can't stop crying when her husband walks out of the door. The song describes what happens when she sees the look on her husband's face when he realizes his wife cannot stop crying. The song also describes how she feels when the truck that has been driving her for months suddenly starts to move.

Worry can be a powerful force that can consume us and prevent us from reaching our full potential in many aspects of our life. When our fears become a fact of our life, we become enslaved to them. We feel trapped and unable to do anything about them. The good news is that there are several ways to let go of the fear that is described in this song.
