It is based on a "numerical majority". The "fault", which is the subject of the title, starts with imposing the "what I say will/will happen" situation as a result of getting a lot of votes, and the process continues with not being aware that this is called "democratic tyranny", not "democratic rule". On the face of it, "majority principle" and "protection of individual rights and minority rights" may seem contradictory. but in reality these principles are the two cornerstones that sustain what we mean by democratic government.
