At festive gatherings for Christmas, birthdays or some holiday season we can share and taste various gastronomic dishes, so someone always stands out.
I like to take collectible photographs
One of my relatives is standing out by making various cakes, on this occasion he made a bread cake for the beginning of the new year, we also call that cake a donkey cake. He was responsible for adding prunes and some almonds.
Many know enough that I like donkey cakes, my brothers explain to me that many years ago they called this bread cake donkey cake, making the connection with the donkey loaded with various products, so the old donkey cake had the property of filling our stomachs due to its high nutrient content.
Now the current bread cakes are not like the ones before, they are inflated, light but tasty on the palate. Years ago one would eat a piece of these cakes with a soft drink and we would no longer want to eat anything else because our stomach would be full.
All photographs, images and designs that appear on my blog belong to me, they were taken with my cell phone camera, screenshots and design software, I am contributing 60% of the profits to social works (10% @wox-helpfund and 50% @elkezaksek).
