  1. Live active and diligent exercise

People who are overweight or obese have a greater risk of having high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, and stroke. Exercise can reduce weight and reduce the risk of these diseases.

  1. Increase fiber consumption

The researchers found the risk of stroke could be reduced to 7 percent for every 7 grams of fiber added consumed daily. In other words they are the most diligent fiber consume the lowest risk of stroke. An additional 7 grams of fiber addition can come from two whole wheat buns, vegetables or fruits.
